Below are the steps for election

1. Member has to login with his membership number.
2. Once the details are matched with record, member will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on his/her mobile number.
3. The One Time Password (OTP) is valid for 7 minutes. Once the OTP is verified, e-Ballot gets enabled for casting their vote.
4. Choose candidates of your choice by clicking on the checkbox and then click on Submit your vote
5. You Have To select 1 President.
6. You Have To select 1 Vise President.
7. You Have To select 1 JOINT SECRETARY.
8. You Have To select Minimum 1 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS.
9. By clicking on "Submit your vote" and confirming you will receive this message, "Thank you. Your vote has been successfully registered and ballot exercised" on the screen.
